Anti-spam policy

Neople is committed to responsible email communication. We do not send, and do not permit others to send, untargeted bulk email ("spam") promoting our websites, products or services. We do reach out to businesses individually where there is a concrete, relevant reason to do so — this policy describes how we keep that responsible.

1. What we send

Commercial email from Neople is targeted, individual, business-to-business communication, sent by our own employees. Every message clearly identifies the sender and Neople as the company, is sent in low volumes, and relates to a concrete, relevant business reason for contacting the recipient.

2. Opting out

Every commercial email we send contains a clear way to opt out. You can also opt out at any time by replying to any of our messages or by emailing us at privacy@neople.io. Opt-out requests are processed promptly and permanently for the type of communication you opt out of — if you opt out of sales outreach, you will not receive sales outreach from us again. Other types of communication, such as newsletters or service emails, are managed separately and each contain their own opt-out.

3. Third parties and affiliates

We do not authorize third parties, partners or affiliates to send unsolicited bulk email promoting Neople's websites, products or services. Partners may inform their own contacts about Neople within their own customer relationships, under their own responsibility and in compliance with applicable law. If you receive email referencing Neople that you believe is abusive, please report it to privacy@neople.io.

4. Compliance

Our email practices are designed to comply with applicable legislation, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Dutch Telecommunications Act (Telecommunicatiewet). For how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy at neople.io/privacy-policy.

5. Reporting abuse

To report suspected abuse of Neople domains or mailboxes, contact privacy@neople.io. Reports are investigated and violations result in immediate termination of sending privileges.
