The job

As a Data Analyst, you use your data analysis skills to gather deep insights into how our Neople perform for ourselves and our clients. But as you’re joining a startup, the role is a bit broader than just analysis: with your insights, you’ll also use all the tools at your disposal to make improvements to how Neople do their work. The role is technical by nature and combines BI & data visualization with prompt engineering & knowledge management for our Neople. By understanding how our Neople work and what defines their performance, you enable a data-driven way of working across the entire team.

Key responsibilities:

• Measure and monitor Neople performance, and identify issues or bottlenecks on general and client level
• Based on data insights, engineer prompts and optimize parameters to improve performance
• Work with internal teams to map out information needs, and create dashboards and visualizations to satisfy those needs
• Act as a single point of contact for BI requests and conversations about Neople performance

The requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role (e.g. Data analyst/engineer, BI engineer)
• Technical skills: experience with SQL and data visualization, basic understanding of Python and prompt engineering
• You can translate business- and customer goals into measurable metrics and clear visual insights
• Given a problem, anomaly or raised issue, you’re able to quickly isolate the problem and propose solutions
• You take a proactive role in defining metrics & improving observability of a Neople’s underlying systems
• You’re constantly looking for opportunities to accelerate or automate your own work‍

Nice to haves:

• Start-up and/or SaaS experience
• Experience working with/configuring a data warehouse
• Experience with conversational AI and/or LLM prompting
