Senior Product Manager

Our shared goal is to make it super easy for people to access helpful AI assistants in the workplace. That's why we're creating the most user-friendly digital co-workers powered by AI. More than 60 leading companies (like Levi’s, PSV, The Social Hub and Bax Music) have already hired a Neople to their team!

We’re growing fast and that’s why we’re looking for a new (human) colleague to join our stellar team! We're on the search for a highly motivated and resourceful Senior Product Manager. If you’re fascinated by identifying user pains in the rapidly changing AI space, enjoy shipping solutions with a multi-disciplinary team to solve for these painpoints, love to convert qualitative and quantitative data insights into action, and you’re ready for the start-up adventure - we want to hear from you.

This can be your once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to join one the fastest growing start-ups in one of the most exciting fields to work in.

The team

We believe the people you work with are what make a job amazing. In the Product Office team, you might just work alongside Gabriela (software engineer), Koen(data scientist/AI engineer) and Luke (lead UX designer), as well as the Customer Success team and Joep (CPO).

The Neople team is best described as open, ambitious, highly skilled, friendly and if you ask us - also really fun.

At Neople we're driven by our passion and experience in AI. We believe that AI can do lots of good, but we know it must be user-friendly in order to be widely adopted.

The job

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll focus on developing solutions that effectively address our users’ challenges in customer service. Using your solid product management experience, you’ll draw on market insights and direct feedback to shape strategies that make a significant impact.

Joining our startup journey means your role will extend beyond traditional boundaries, and currently combines both PM and PO responsibilities. You’ll use every chance available to enhance how our products perform for both Neople and our customers. This role blends innovation, product discovery, and development with a strong focus on UX, ensuring Neople are the best digital colleague out there for customer service teams. By deeply understanding customer needs and keeping a pulse on market trends, you’ll help instill a product- and user driven culture across the team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Shape the product: With a strong belief in our product vision, and using insights from customers, stakeholders, and data, prioritize and build a product that will have the most impact for our customers and our business.
  • Ship the product: Ship high-quality solutions on time and free of surprises.
  • Sync the people: Align all stakeholders around one vision, strategy, goal, roadmap, and timeline to avoid wasted time and effort for the features you own.

The requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Product Manager or Head of Product, in a B2B SaaS or startup team.
  • You've experienced (and driven) a phase of strong growth while finding PMF before, and are eager to repeat that at Neople.
  • When needed, your strong intuition allows you to make decisions quickly and clearly based on the product vision. When possible, you’re able to analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions and validate the impact of product initiatives.
  • You are skilled in communicating effectively with various stakeholders across all levels and teams, clearly explaining and documenting product propositions, requirements and results.
  • You are intimately familiar with software development practices and you’re used to working closely with data & engineering teams to refine and deliver product features.
  • You are familiar with UX/UI practices and can work closely with UX designers and researchers to make informed decisions to benefit end-users.
  • You lead by example, inspiring your team and driving projects with a focus on accountability and innovation, always looking for ways to enhance team dynamics, ownership and productivity.

Nice to haves:

  • Start-up and/or SaaS experience
  • Knowledge about LLM/genAI technologies

The offer

  • A competitive salary that meets your expectations and market standards
  • Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment (but without the burn-out mentality)
  • Collaborative culture with a supportive team, and loads of team events
  • A work week of 32-40 hours a week, depending on what you prefer
  • Beautiful office in the center of Den Bosch, and an NS business card to get there
  • Good gear to work with
  • The opportunity to get shares in the company
