About the job:

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities to fuel our growth. You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for engaging and qualifying leads through various channels. Your goal will be to understand the needs of our prospects, set appointments, after which you hand it over to the Account Executives for closing the deal. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate prospecting lists of decision-makers in target accounts using compliant and accurate contact data
  • Book outbound meetings (SQLs) through cold calls, emails, social outreach, networking with ideal-fit customers
  • Follow up and engage with prospects (including C-suite/Directors) who have enquired about the company's product or service
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Work closely together with our Account Executives and ensure that there is a smooth handover to them
  • Maintain a detailed record of your sales efforts and outcomes in our CRM system
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and services and adjust your messaging accordingly


  • 1+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably in the technology sector
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to understand customer needs and book meetings
  • Commercial self-motivator with a results-driven approach
  • You are a creative problem-solver that’s open-minded, autonomous and proactive
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • You’re constantly looking for opportunities to accelerate or automate your own work

Nice to have:

  • Startup or SaaS experience
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Hubspot) is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in any field, as long as you combine it with a commercial mindset
