We're on the search for a highly motivated German-speaking Content Marketeer who can bring our marketing efforts to the next level. You can help to shape the Neople story and bring it to the world.

The team

We believe the people you work with are what make a job amazing. You’ll work mostly alongside Milan (Lead Growth Marketeer), Luke (UX-designer) and Luc (Creative Designer). Next to that, you’ll be closely working with the founders Hans, Menno and Bas, and the rest of the Revenue team. You’ll be part of the starting team in the Berlin office, that will be launched at the 1st of September.

The Neople team is best described as open, ambitious, highly skilled, friendly and if you ask us - also really fun. We’re now with a group of 30, and growing fast!

About the job‍

As a Content Marketeer (DE) you play a crucial role in how we shape our narrative. You'll be responsible for executing the content and brand strategy that will position Neople as the industry leader in DACH. Your goal will be to generate demand by driving awareness, create kick-ass content and coordinate and execute campaigns. You make sure that content and campaigns are localized to the local market. Next to that, you make sure our brand is recognizable among all channels and adapt the content to the specific channels.‍

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years experience in content marketing, branding, or a related field, preferably in the tech or AI industry.
Ability to design content marketing strategies and execute successful content marketing initiatives.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, both verbal and written in German and English. You area grammar fanatic, and can easily switch between formal as well as informal communication.
Write, edit, and publish high-quality content like blogs posts, articles, newsletters and case studies, and localize existing marketing content to the local DACH market.
Experience managing freelancers and external agencies.
Understanding of SEO content metrics and analytics tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have:

Startup or SaaS experience
Experience with graphic design tools
Bachelor's or Master degree in a relevant field
